How long has it been since you have been working with the youth?
Charlton says he has been working with the youth for 11 years. He says he was a drug addict and went to the Victory Recovery Home and two years after he became the leader of the GANG ministry.
Growing up, what were certain factors that has influenced your life?
The friends he was with influenced him and caused him to move away from God. He says his friends were just interested in women and clubbing.
Who or what influenced you to step into your purpose?
Charlton says that at his lowest point, his dad always encouraged him and called him a man of God. In time, God changed him and now he wants all God has to offer.
What are some of the influences that young people face today:
Young people have unlimited access. Things are moving fast, and young people have many influencers speaking to them and are influenced by them, to think in different ways.
How does cellphones influence our generation:
Charlton says that they call what the young generation experiences with their cellphone, digital cocaine. He explains that the same addiction drug addicts feel towards drugs, is the same way this generation is addicted to their cellphone.

“You can use your influence others in a positive way. I choose to influence people in a way that builds them up. I just want to encourage someone, the only truth that there is is the word of God.
He says, He is the way, the truth and the light. You may run from God, but God runs faster. The plan of God will always prevail no matter how you feel.”
