How was your life like before you got saved?
Enrico says that he was involved in gangsterism and with drugs.
He says he did many things that disappointed his parents and that he did not know how to handle their disappointment, so he ran to the wrong friends.
Enrico says he tried changing his life a few times before, but he tried it without God and it did not work, so he turned to God for hope.
How did you end up changing?
Enrico says he just became tired of being tired.
Tired of doing the same thing year in and out and he realized that he has a daughter and that she would be starting school soon and he did not want the school children to have reasons to make fun of her for who he was, a Tik kop.
How is God using your life today?
Enrico is currently serving in the Life Group, helping to encourage people in Christ and trying to represent Christ as best as he is able.
A word of encouragement from Enrico:
“Reach out to God. There’s no other way, because I found my salvation in God, I know that the hand of God is moving within my life, and I also know that He can do the same in yours. If God did it for so many other people like us, God can surely do it for you.
So, if you go down on your knees and totally surrender, don’t play around with God because God is truly there waiting for you. You are special in his eyes, and you will always be special in His eyes, no matter what you think is too bad or what do you think you’ve done in the past, and no one can forgive you.
If no one can forgive you God can forgive you and God will save you.”
