Testimony of Nadia Boezak

Interviewed by Pastor Dre Henderson

15 May 2024

How was your life before you got saved?

Nadia says that she grew up in the church and got saved at the age of twelve, she also got baptized at the age of thirteen. She says that she cannot really say what her life was like before she got saved but she can say what her life has been like since she came to have a relationship with Christ.

How did you end up changing?

Looking back, she says that she sees how we were taught to be strong. Nadia says that she grew up wealthy and remembers one day when the sheriff came and took all their things.

They lost everything. Nadia says that her brother resorted to drugs, but he is now recovered. She says that all her experiences in life was traumatizing and that she never felt secure but thanks God for giving her wisdom through it all.

What is God doing in your life today?

Nadia says that God has healed her from her emotional trauma, and she now has the joy of the Lord. She also serves in the worship team.

Words of encouragement from Nadia:

“If you’ve gone through childbirth, you know that it’s not a walk in the park.

So many of us are walking around and God is saying he’s been telling me you need to clean house and God has been telling me I want to pour new wine, but your old wineskin is not going to be able to handle it.

It is time that we deal with whatever is bothering us, it is a blockage and it’s hindering us from moving forward into our full potential. There are too many kids that’s suicidal.

There are too many kids that suffer from depression and anxiety because they don’t know how to cope with the pressures. It’s not just about laughing it off and moving on, but if we don’t know how to do it, our children are not gonna know how to do it.

If you have things in your life that you feel has been dragging you down for so many years. It’s time that we go and deal with these things and have God set us free completely so that we can show our children how real people. look, and then we can serve God from a place of wholeness.”
